Procedure

We provide this service in the hope that your visit to NAVSOS is always going to be perfectly satisfactory. However in reality, things may not always be up to your expectations, or you may have had a bad experience in using our services. And in those cases we want to know about it.

In order to deal with any complaints effectively, we ask that you provide us with as much information as possible.

  • Your details, so that we can identify who you are and communicate with you. If we are unable to contact you, then unfortunately, we will not be able to take the complaint any further.
  • All pertinent details leading up to the incident, and what happened.
  • If it is a Technical issue, then please include information about the set up you were using, such as your operating system, the browser and it's version number.
  • Any other information that you feel we should be aware of.
  • Please remember to include the date and time of the incident.
  • If you have screen-shots, or any other documents that will help explain the complaint, then please attach them.

1. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint.

2. Should we require further information, we will contact you using the contact details you provide.

3. After any investigation we consider appropriate, we will inform you of the outcome of that investigation.
